This page is intended for all who wish to exhibit at the upcoming WC2015. For you, we have prepared a number of complete booth packages in cooperation with a professional congress organisation, presentation and management company.

At the Bernardin hotel, where the Congress will be held, the exhibition will be set up on two floors. In total, there are 23 booths available for reservation/purchase.

The process of reserving a booth at the WC2015 can be followed entirely on-line via this page, and consists of following these instructions:

The floor plans below give the general floor plans for the exhibition. Review them to familiarize yourself with the layout of the hotel, and choose the best spot and size of your booth.
Once decided on booth size and location, feel free to explore the currently available locations using the interactive floor map application here. By hovering over the locations with your mouse, you can display more information on the configuration and pricing, and verify the availability.
If you click on any of the free or reserved booth locations on the map, the chosen booth will be selected and you will be redirected to the registration/reservation form.
The web-based registration/reservation form provides the possibility to register your company with our system, confirm your desired booth location and size, and opt in for any additional equipment you may wish to lease during the event. If the booth you've selected is already reserved, you are offered the possibility to review the reservation or to cancel it.
After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It contains a web link you *MUST* click to confirm you reservation within two hours. Shortly after confirming your reservation, you will receive an invoice with detailed payment information from the Albatros Agency, who is the technical organizer of the Congress.
Payment* should be made within 15 days following the reception of the Invoice, but no later than July 6th, 2015. Reservation will be confirmed by email once payment is received.

*Note that for payments processed prior to the end of February 2015, you are entitled to a 10% discount on the basic booth rates. Offer does not apply to the additional equipment you reserve with your booth.

Should you happen to encounter difficulties using the system or you have questions pertaining to the process of booth reservation and payment, please write to boris (Agency representative) or samo (Website administrator).

Important: Note that one participation fee is included in the baseline booth rental package price. Additional exhibitor’s representatives, if present at the Congress, are asked to register and settle the regular participation fee.
